Tub to Shower Project
Assists qualified homeowners with remodeling their bathroom to replace a bathtub with a shower. Commonly for elderly or disabled individuals, the remodeling provides walk-in or roll-in showers with reinforced grab bars, shower seats, and anti-slip tiles. Application must be processed and are chose based upon need and income. Homeowners must be elderly, disabled, or both with a income that's 60% or less than the area median.
Homeownership Program
Offers assistance with building or affording a house through no-interests fixed rate mortgages and volunteer building. The program is not a handout, rather assistance is provided with qualification and completion of sweat equity or volunteer hours. to qualify, one must be below the area median income with a debt-to-income ration under 40, then must be chosen by the Home Selection Committee.
Veterans Build
Funding is provided to help the needs of community veteran homeowners. This funding can assist with accommodation's for daily living, repairs, and homes for veterans in need of the services.
