    CIS Mental Health & Wellness Program
    

    The Mental Health and Wellness Program plays a vital role in the services we provide to students and families. The goal of the program is not only to address the socio-emotional and physical health of students and parents, but to help them increase their coping skills as they face challenges in their daily lives. Challenges that to many families can change their whole world upside down. Services include one to one, small targeted groups and school wide intervention/prevention activities.
