  • CASA trains volunteers in becoming advocates for abused and neglected children in the court system. Advocates function as the child's voice in the court system and offer a consistent, stable presence in the child's life during a difficult time. Advocates are court-appointed to assist in cases as they speak with social workers, therapist, and psychiatrists to help navigate a child through the court system and make informed decisions to what is in the best interest of the child.
