Shelter
Opportunity Center addresses homeless individuals immediate needs, offering warm and nutritious food, safe and secure shelter, and offer professional assessment along with case management services. The center contains on-site medical, mental health, and substance abuse services for those who need them. Opportunity Center assists with education, employment and transportation for its clients to help them transition out of homelessness.
Street Outreach
Planned and organized effort to reduce the number of homeless individuals in our community by creating referrals, assessments, and services and providing them to the community in need.
Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP)
Aims to eliminate stigma associated with mental health diagnoses by providing a toolbox to aid the presence of symptoms. This is done through an Eight-week course that involves intense case management, crisis and post-crisis planning, life skills, and support groups with a presence of peer support. This evidence-based program is utelized to address chronic mental or physical issues including homelessness.
