Mental Health Intervention, Prevention, and Education
Offers opportunities for caregivers or professionals to attend various seminars, trainings, and/or workshops to assist in the understanding and intervention of mental illness. Events vary in topics from ages and stages of growth to learning positive ways to deal with stress and anger. Many are also available in Spanish.
Coordinated Care
Program that offers support tailored to the unique needs of their clients. Through pre screening and assessments, clients are assigned a professional care coordinator who helps coach their clients through behavioral skills and connects them with psychiatrists and therapists to meet their needs.
Therapy
Trauma-informed therapy that follow evidence based modalities, specifically Child-Parent Psychotherapy, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. Individual, Family, and group therapies are offered. offers services for children/adults who are victims of a crime through grants from the Office of Attorney general and the Criminal Justice Division
Psychiatry
Partnered with Texas Tech and focuses on diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders.
Nurturing Parents Classes
Available for caregivers with children of 5 years-old or less and pregnant women. Topics range from nurturing, growth and development of children, needs, managing feelings and stress, rewards, and discipline.
